A new collection of artwork has arrived in the restaurant, and to celebrate, Executive Chef Jamie Shears has created a menu “From Palette to Plate” inspired by the artwork on the walls. Dishes such as our signature Lobster pie salutes Andy Warhol’s “Lobster” (1982), while our Seasonal sorbet plate for two is a riot of colour inspired by Frank Bowling  “Shallowtrench” (2014). Available for lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
