Meet the Chef

Executive Chef Jamie Shears works closely with farmers, growers and makers to secure the freshest British produce.

Open from seven days a week the weekend brunch menu at Mount St. Restaurant is inspired by the capital’s culinary history with some traditional, albeit updated, London classics. Dishes include an Oscietra caviar omelette, Bacon chop, bubble & squeak with a fried duck egg or Portland crab benedict.
